Yes. We can perform background screenings nationwide and internationally. We have an extensive network of vendors nationwide which enables us to keep your cost down and provide the best product possible.

What is a background screening?
Typically, a background investigation will contain the information that is determined to best suit the needs of the client. This information can contain compiled information from Social Security Number Verification, County Criminal Record Search, Employment Verification, Moving Violation Report, Credit Report, etc. Our staff will assist you in determining what services suit your needs.
Is all the information reported in a background investigation public record?
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Are Moving Violation Reports available in all fifty states?
No. Information, scope and access is limited in some states.
What is the turnaround time for receiving background information?
Turnaround time varies depending on what type of search is performed or where it is performed. Typically a background screening can be completed in one to three business days. We will work with you to find a time frame that works for you.
Can Fowlers' Profile Links, Inc. obtain nationwide county criminal background information?
Yes. Fowlers' Profile Links, Inc. has access to vendors throughout all 50 states in the United States. Fowlers' Profile Links, Inc. also offers International Criminal Searches.
Can I order on background check to receive a report from counties in all fifty United States?
No. At this time, there is no conclusive nationwide criminal background search available. Nationwide searches will not provide a conclusive felony and misdemeanor search.
What is the role of arrest records in a pre-employment screening?
An arrest record is not a court record and provides no indication of the conviction of the person charged with an offense. If an arrest record is located a search at the county level must be performed. An arrest record should not be used for determining eligibility for employment.
What is an expungement of a criminal record?
An expungement of a criminal record is the process by which a record is removed from the public record. Expunged records cannot be used in determining eligibility for employment.
What is the most accurate method to use to obtain a criminal background check?
The best search for due diligence is generally a Social Security Trace/Address History and County Criminal Searches for the last seven years based on the Social Trace/Address History and addresses provided by the applicant.
If I need a Moving Violation Report (MVR) on an applicant, what information should I provide?
This varies from state to state. In general full name, date of birth and driver's license number. Some states may require additional information such as a social security number or a written authorization and consent waiver. We will notify you if any additional information needs to be provided.
